Educational Requirements:
Hold a Master's degree in Behavioral Health (Counseling, Psychology, Social Work) or RN in Nursing.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to clinical and non-clinical staff for Walker House (Children's Crisis Stabilization Unit), Co-Response, Remote Crisis, Mobile Crisis Programs. Oversee the assessments and psychotherapy to Pathway's consumers within these programs and adhere to all Pathways policies and procedures. They will oversee the clinical quality of the programs, program fidelity, appropriate staffing procedures, maintaining community partner relations, manage expenses and revenue streams for program, provided clinical supervision and peer support supervision.
Experience Required:
Demonstrate past experience working with persons with severe mental illness and substance use disorder. Demonstrate knowledge and skills related to providing clinical and administrative supervision of other professional staff. Also need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and promoting a positive work environment. Knowledge of ASAM criteria as well as levels of care for substance use and mental health disorders.
Work Schedule:
A minimum of 37.5 hours a week is required for this position; the specific work schedule will be negotiated with the emergency services director. Work may require nontraditional hours and on-call duties to coordinate coverage and services in each respective program. Work may also require flexibility in hours.
This is a full-time position.
