Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the onsite project representative
  • On-site problem solving to provide the best solutions to the client
  • Inspection duties
  • Perform construction contract administration
  • Develop probable construction cost estimates
  • Attend client meetings (typically municipal clients)
  • Supervise, review, and mentor staff members
Key Qualifications:
  • B.S. Engineering with 10+ years of construction management
  • P.E. License in Illinois preferred or on P.E. track
  • IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities Certification preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Working knowledge and experience with state and local regulations
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge and experience with CAD programs a plus, preferably MicroStation
