Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
  • Present and explain the menu, making recommendations and answering any questions.
  • Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt and attentive service.
  • Anticipate guest needs, and proactively address any requests or concerns.
  • Handle payments, process transactions, and provide excellent check-out experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to speak clearly and understand basic English to facilitate the communication process.
  • Ability to learn menu items and service procedures.
  • Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to learn and follow processes.
  • This position will spend 100% of the time standing and walking
