Accel Entertainment is the largest Gaming Terminal Operator in the country. We provide slot machines, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country. SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide assistance to the Accel corporate sales team in their endeavors to enhance revenue from corporate retail gaming accounts. The role involves collaborating closely with sales representatives and company executives to optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a smoother and more frequent conversion of leads into opportunities and active accounts. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will play a pivotal role in coordinating and directing corporate sales initiatives. A substantial portion of time will be dedicated to fieldwork, working alongside salespeople, and engaging with their customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate efficient lead management and time allocation for salespeople to ensure the thorough yet swift exploration of potential opportunities. Collaborate with the Sales Development Team to coordinate lead generation efforts, enabling Business Development Managers (BDMs) to have a comprehensive understanding of all potential leads and prioritize them effectively. Assist BDMs in managing opportunities and guiding them towards partnering with Accel as revenue-generating collaborators. This includes providing support in follow-up communications, delivering impactful corporate presentations, and offering specialized expertise in gaming technology, market regulations, and competitive dynamics. Enhance the "Go-Live" process for BDMs, encompassing licensing procedures, gaming area layouts, and the installation of gaming equipment. Coordinate activities between the corporate sales team and the marketing department to optimize the promotion and messaging of the Accel Advantage to key accounts. Collaborate with the New Market Team to generate revenue in emerging markets, ensuring seamless coordination with the corporate sales team. Develop profound knowledge and expertise in the gaming industry, handling inquiries, devising action plans, and assisting in the preparation and dissemination of communications to leads, opportunities, and key accounts. Evaluate, design, and implement improvements to the organizational structure of the corporate sales team, identifying knowledge and skills gaps and assisting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in addressing them. Travel extensively within Accel's gaming markets to stay connected with sales activities and market dynamics. How You Will Be Measured:

Influence

Improve the quantity and quality of lead generation by fostering coordination between the Sales Development Team and the Corporate Sales Team, resulting in more effective leads. Enhance the management of lead and opportunity pipelines by empowering salespeople to identify superior leads and accelerate the closing process. Streamline the process of transitioning contracted accounts to live gaming, expediting the launch of more stores. Problem-solving:

Address bottlenecks within each corporate sales channel and market, resolving obstacles and enhancing overall efficiency. Team impact:

Contribute to team efficiency and productivity, fostering a positive sales culture that encourages collaboration and high performance. QUALIFICATIONS

Possess a bachelor's degree, one to three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to generate reports and compose business correspondence. Proficient in calculating figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage priorities and workflow. Proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline internal and external processes, contributing to a more efficient sales team. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
