Are you an adept multitasker with a passion for delivering exceptional residential construction projects? Silver Leaf Construction is seeking a skilled Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of custom residential projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Comprehensive Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of residential construction projects, encompassing budget management, team leadership, client communication, quality assurance, risk management, and compliance with all relevant permitting and regulatory standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are accurate and comprehensive, facilitating seamless project execution.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide comprehensive cost analysis and budget reports to senior management, highlighting opportunities for cost savings and financial optimization.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of strong, mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring reliability and quality in procurement.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience & Background: A minimum of 3-5 years in management within the residential construction arena, supported by at least 10 years of relevant trade experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software is essential. Experience with cloud-based construction management tools, particularly Buildertrend, will be viewed favorably.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must for effective teamwork and client interactions.
- Project Management Prowess: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills are non-negotiable.
- Construction Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, architecture, and design principles.
