Take direction and support project managers responsible for their assigned projects.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of IT program/project business process re-engineering
Experience developing complex reports and dashboards
Strong experience in the IT and understanding of different technologies involved in change management including: different environments, networking, internet, application servers, and cybersecurity topics
Proficient with SharePoint, Remedy, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office suite of products
Expertise with both agile and waterfall environments
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance
Agile certifications, such as SAFe Agilist or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (Preferred)
Experience developing complex reports and dashboards using MS Power BI or Tableau. (Preferred)
Experience supporting MS Project Server and/or MS Project Online, including system administration tasks (Preferred)

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must possess strong organizational and project management skills
