HR Tier meeting attendance is expected.In partnership with Training and Qualification Manager, implementing training and development plans; facilitating a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce.Develop training manuals that target tangible results.Implement effective and purposeful training methods, enforcing training timelines and expectations.Manage packaging metrics via scorecards and data; report out weekly.Participate in Orientation and Onboarding as needed.Participate in (required but not limited to) GEMBA, Food Safety Audit Walks and Hold Reviews.Lead the Packaging Trainer Program, including content, delivery, and trainer development.LMS management for online learning; including passwords, assignments and proving reports and driving completion.
