The Senior Application Delivery Manager is a servant leader that utilizes best practices and Agile Methodologies to lead software implementations. As the hands-on role, they work closely with other professionals like application owners, IT team members, business stakeholders and partners in order to ensure delivery of features or functionality from intake through analysis all the way up until deployment. They also manage ultimate implementation projects plans budgets as well as resources such as analyzing incoming requests for change against existing schedules so their clients are not left wanting when it comes time for them to deliver on what's been promised

Senior "Application" Deliverer Managers utilize best practices and agile methodologies to be able to hold handles project management skills which makes sure these managers have no problem at all overseeing everything related.

**Responsibilities:**

* You will work with end users and a steering committee to ensure that everyone's expectations are met when it comes time for deployment.

* Ability to look through an Agile lens to determine what tasks can be delivered first to provide the largest value up front.

* Provide ongoing backlog management, release scheduling, deployment support and incident management response.

* Embracing, coaching, and evangelizing agile values and principles.

* Driving and leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.

* Collaborate with Directors, Vice Presidents, other Sr. Program Manager to facilitate cross-functional project/program prioritization and manage cross-functional dependencies.

* Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks, while monitoring contract and account commitments, reporting and responding to issues and risks associated with the project.

* Implement and facilitate governance structures and leadership communications to ensure quality outcomes.

* Overall responsibility to ensure the program delivers best practices, standard processes and is aligned with a global standard solution.

* Overall responsibility for all internal and external resources engaged on the project, including external vendors and providers.

* Support and help drive the management of the change control process and approval board.

* Point of escalation for any project delivery issues.

* Contribute, in cooperation with other members of the IT PMO Organization, to the continuous improvement of standard project management processes and tools.

**Education & Certification**

* Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science preferred and/or equivalent work experience required; MBA a plus.

* Preferred: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMP, Six Sigma, PMI-ACP, ACI-Lean, ACI-Kanban, IAPM

* Working knowledge of DevOps, Atlassian Jira and Confluence or comparable software development management platforms.

**Knowledge & Experience**

* **Demonstrated experience successfully completing at least two (2) ERP implementations serving mid-market to large organizations with global, multi-site manufacturing and distribution requirements.**

* 10 or more years of business/industry/related work; solid manufacturing and strong distribution experience, with 5 or more years of leadership responsibility managing midsize to large teams and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.

* At least 5 years of experience as a ScrumMaster or Project Manager working in an Agile team or Extreme Programming (XP) software development team in a business, agency, contract or consulting environment.

* Solid experience leading Scrum events: spring planning, daily scrums, reviews / demos and retrospectives.

* Experience with organizational change management (OCM) practices to prepare the organization for the new solution/capabilities.

* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively in dynamic/fluid situations

* Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client/team meetings, conduct presentations to all levels of management

* Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and geographically diverse teams to achieve successful results

* Is skilled at getting individuals, teams, and an entire organization to perform at a higher level and to embrace change and standardization

* Exceptional collaboration, teamwork, negotiation, influence, and relationship building skills at all levels with internal and external parties.

* Demonstrated leadership experience in communicating with stakeholders, consensus building, vendor relations, and analytical problem solving
