The candidate will directly support the International Apache Product Office (IAPO) by reviewing incoming documents, Foreign Visit Requests, taskers, identify required actions, retrieve associated files, coordinate with Program Integrators and determine appropriate internal Workflow processes. The candidate will directly support the Project Manager and Project Office by reviewing incoming email, identify required actions, retrieve associated files, input into customer applications, and determine appropriate internal Workflow processes duties as a Data Analyst for the IAPO. The person will know how to utilize MS office software package. This person must be able to index and upload documents into document repository to support the Apache PM. Review all correspondence to assure that it is accordance with AR 25-50. Determine appropriate disposition of completed actions and make distribution, using internal checklists and procedures. Collect data from external sources (Contractor and Government) and conduct analysis and metrics reporting regarding contract deliverables status and disposition. Process incoming Foreign Visit Requests in conjunction with PEO Aviation Foreign Disclosure Officer. Review and ensure outgoing documents are complete and have the correct markings for release (CUI, Distribution Statements). Candidate should demonstrate the ability to quickly grasp, understand and interpret key aspects of Army programs. Candidate should also be able to communicate, advise and help formulate solutions to senior Government leadership and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing team environment, reacting quickly to changing requirements and schedules.

Minimum Experience

Minimum of 4 years relevant experience

QUALIFICATIONS:
Current, active Secret clearance
Candidate should also be able to communicate, advise and help formulate solutions to senior Government leadership and work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing team environment, reacting quickly to changing requirements and schedules.
Exhibits flexibility and professionalism while balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and supervisor and/or client direction/feedback.
Demonstrated ability to independently act as a consultant, to set priorities, to organize tasks, monitor assignments, and ensure completion of assigned work
Extensive experience and knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
