Role Overview:

Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, data, and social media management, as well as a proven ability to improve paid media campaign efficiency and increase conversions. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Crucial to your success within this Role is the ability to adapt and evolve your knowledge and application of strategy and skills to meet ever-changing market demand. As a Senior Media Buyer, you'll take on a pivotal role, demonstrating your expertise in media buying and decision-making. This role demands a proactive approach, not just in executing tasks but in solving challenges and driving innovative strategies. You'll be expected to transition from completing tasks to owning outcomes, managing complex situations, and providing solutions that are critical to the success of our media campaigns.

We are fully remote and Global with staff all over the world including the US, UK & Europe. Experience Requirements:

E-commerce Experience:

Direct paid media experience for e-commerce clients with a high-value spend of $100k+ per month. Platform Proficiency:

Extensive experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, and Microsoft ads platforms. Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results Have a strong desire to learn and add value to the team Possess the ability to communicate directly with clients, both verbally and in writing Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, and independently as required Detail and solutions-oriented, highly organized, with a keen eye for consistency Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills Strategic thinker with great analytical skills Core Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Analyze campaign data critically to make informed decisions that boost campaign performance. Budget Ownership:

Manage and allocate media budgets effectively, focusing on maximizing ROI. Trend Analysis and Application:

Stay updated with media trends and apply this knowledge to advance our media strategies. Campaign Oversight:

Take full responsibility for monitoring and optimizing media campaigns, making key adjustments to enhance performance. Comprehensive Reporting:

Prepare detailed reports, providing insights and leading the narrative. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure all media buying activities adhere to relevant laws and regulations. Role Specific Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Lead the development and implementation of innovative media buying strategies. Collaborative Strategy Development:

Partner with team members to craft media strategies that support marketing objectives. Expertise Sharing:

While the primary focus is not on training junior members, be open to sharing insights and experiences that can aid in collaborative efforts. The Evolution in Your Role:

In this senior position, you're at the helm of the media buying process. You're expected to think independently, make decisive choices, and take full ownership of both the successes and the challenges of each campaign. Compensation:

This role is full-time and is a contracted role, candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors. The compensation range is $2,500-4,500 USD a month. Location:

All of our team is working completely remotely. You can work remotely from wherever you want. We’ll make sure your working experience is as comfortable as possible (Preferred Time Zone: GMT)
