You will take leadership in executing, activating, and flawlessly managing tactical plans and development for healthcare brands.Key Responsibilities: Audience Influence Mastery: Expand your knowledge of how media captivates and influences audiences, shaping orchestrated omnichannel experiences that resonate deeply. Supplier Engagement & Negotiation: Develop a robust supplier list for Request For Proposals (RFPs) and negotiate at the brand level, ensuring optimal outcomes for our initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with peers across disciplines, ensuring integration across channels for impactful engagement strategies.(Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, Point of Purchase) Client Communication & Oversight: Manage client communications and updates while overseeing the workflow of team members to ensure deadlines are not just met but exceeded. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3-4 years experience as a Planner/Buyer in media, with demonstratedexpertise in media basics, syndicated tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Organizational Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills, detail orientation, and proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex challenges proactively, adapt to dynamic situations, and preemptively adjust approaches for optimal solutions. Accountability & Customer Focus:Demonstrated accountability in meeting business needs while ensuring customer satisfaction, both internally and externally. Collaborative Spirit: A knack for fostering collaborative relationships across diverse cross-functional teams. Numerical Acumen: Strong understanding of mathematical concepts, comfortable working with budgets and numbers. Additional Requirements: Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and travel occasionally to other company or partner offices for meetings and responsibilities. Physical Ability: Capable of lifting objects up to 15 pounds and sitting for prolonged periods while working on a computer. Detail-Oriented Approach: Consistent daily completion of timesheets.
