About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Earl Grey Server to join our team. As an Earl Grey Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the restaurant industry. Your main objective will be to ensure that our guests receive their food in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience during their stay.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of different types of tea and tea service etiquette
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take orders and serve food
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure that all products are properly put away and labeled.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management
