Job Description

At Earl Enterprises, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Buca di Beppo. As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Warmly greet and engage with guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Effectively promote menu items and beverages, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Record orders accurately, manage timing, and ensure quality food and beverages are delivered to guests.
  • Upsell and suggest menu items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Present accurate bills, collect payment, and secure payment until cash out.
  • Pre-bus and reset tables to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Follow the company's standards and guidelines for service excellence.
  • Anticipate and exceed guest expectations by providing personalized attention and care.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and sanitation policies.
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience as a server in a full-service high-volume restaurant is preferred but not required.
  • Six months of successful experience as a Wait Assistant at Buca di Beppo is required for promotion to a server position.
