Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat with efficiency and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to customers, ensuring a seamless service experience.
- Maintain a solid understanding of company products, services, and software tools to effectively resolve queries and guide customers.
- Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to report recurring problems and suggest improvements.
- Provide feedback from customers to relevant departments to help optimize customer services and project outcomes.
Support Specialist Qualifications
- Proven background in customer service or call center environments.
- Dependable and able to handle responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrates intelligent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient with various software tools and platforms, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma required; further education or certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Compensation:$18-$22/hr. (DOE)Benefits
Benefits are available to eligible VanderHouwen contractors and include coverage for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, and matching 401k.
