Title:Physician Recruitment & Contracts Coord
- Administration Location:MRMG Central Processing Office Position Shift:Full-Time Position Summary:The Provider Recruiting Coordinator provides support to recruitment and contracting efforts across MRHS
The Coordinator’s responsibilities require critical and independent thinking skills to support Provider Recruitment, contracting and onboarding to ensure organizational success
Essential functions include coordination of administrative functions for provider recruitment including coordinating screening and candidate interviews independently or in partnership with external recruiting firms, maintaining recruitment databases, managing external vendors, and assisting with provider sourcing and onboarding activities and contracting processes
