Human Resource – Payroll Generalist
Direct Hire
Onsite 5 days a week in Royersford PA area
Salary – DOE 75-100k range

Exciting opportunity to join growing company in as a Human Resource Generalist/Payroll Coordinator.
The HR generalist/payroll coordinator is responsible for recruiting, employee relations, payroll, and benefits and leave administration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and payroll processing.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting including post job openings, screen candidates, conduct background checks and schedule manager interviews.
- Onboarding and offboarding any new hires or terminations.
- Process payroll.
- Manage Workers Compensation claims.
- Administer company benefits, assist with open enrollment, and process changes.
- Manage Leaves of Absence and ADA accommodations, ensuring compliance with laws,
- Handle all employee relations issues.
- Assist with 401(k) administration.
- Develop and update corporate policies to ensure compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 4+ years of direct Human Resource experience including recruiting, payroll, and accounting processes.
- Experience managing employee leaves of absences.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification desired
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of state, federal, and local employment laws.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
