Job Title: Electrical Test Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Test Engineer to develop and maintain test set software for electronic components of Radar systems. You will develop instrumentation device drivers for new test equipment and update existing software to correct deficiencies or incorporate new test techniques. You will interface with various engineers to prototype, integrate, and implement hardware solutions for fleet asset sustainment. Additionally, you will develop test procedures for future testing of new features.
Hard Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware interfacing
  • Experience with software test programming of test consoles
  • Experience with MATLAB and/or HP/Transera BASIC
  • Understanding of electrical lab test tools
  • Wiring diagram development experience using Solid Edge (preferred but not required)
Soft Skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 10 Month(s).
Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Bloomfield, Indiana and some days remote.
Work Environment

Onsite at a naval base 3-4 times per week, working in an engineering development office and occasionally in a test lab within a division of 100+ engineers.
