VP of Finance

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Finance to join our client's team. Reporting directly to the CFO, the VP of Finance will play a critical role in supporting the company's growth strategy through effective financial planning, analysis, and M&A integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives, with a focus on supporting growth initiatives and optimizing financial performance.
- M&A Integration: Lead financial due diligence efforts for potential M&A opportunities, assessing risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making. Drive the integration of acquired businesses, including financial reporting, systems integration, and synergy realization.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Provide insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.
- Cash Flow Management: Optimize cash flow and working capital management strategies to support growth objectives while maintaining financial stability and liquidity.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership and functional teams, to provide financial guidance and support for key initiatives and projects.
- Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in financial leadership roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in M&A transactions, including due diligence, integration, and post-acquisition performance monitoring.
- Healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
