We're looking to hire an energetic and driven Junior Financial Analyst with a primary focus on day to day business/project admin work for our client in the Insurance space. Candidates need to be highly organized, detail oriented, possess advanced Excel skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Term: 12 months - high potential to extend
100% Remote: EST preferred.
Hourly Pay + 15 days PTO, Benefits, 401K and much more
$45-55K commensurate with experience (paid hourly).
MUST BE STRONG WITH MS EXCEL
Specific Responsibilities
Check invoices against corresponding work orders
Update budget spreadsheet based on incoming invoices
Submit and follow up on contracts to legal db/ IT controlling applications
Prep work with questionnaires
Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to fulfill the requested tasks
Provide regular status reports to management and be responsive to management requests for information.
Experience/Skills Required
Strong communication and documentation skills
Must have strong command in Excel (able to compile tables, charts, graphs, formulas, filters on the fly.
Ability to work independently
hands-on related work experience will be considered
Candidates will be required to take an Excel assessment during interview process.
