This entry to mid-level role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in recruiting. The successful candidate will

be responsible for

supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and contributing to the growth

. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Field Talent Acquisition. Y

ou will: Collaborate with

H

iring

M

anagers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure

timely

communication throughout the recruitment process. You will come with:

Bachelor’s degree in

H

uman

R

esources

, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 1-3 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience with a focus on agency, corporate, or retail recruitment Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. E

xcellent communication and interpersonal skills. A

bility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency

in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Ability to

maintain

an elevated level of discretion and confidentiality. We offer
