**About the Manager, Warehouse Excellence Position:**

* Collect, communicate and relentlessly push for improvements internally to our Supply Chain as a product * Drive KPI adherence for Ontime Shipping, Dock to Stock, Order Accuracy, and Inventory accuracy within our partner warehouses * Comfortable working cross functionally and as the liaison between Stords customers and suppliers * Display strong verbal and written communication skills throughout customer and supplier interactions * Leading efforts for Scaling a robust partner network of warehouses * Maintain Accuracy in the Stord Platform and performance of key performance indicators * Collaborate with Procurement, Integrations, Implementations and our Product teams in order to drive the best results in warehouse selection, quality of customer implementations and software capabilities to meet the needs of our customers and warehouses * Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field * 5+ years in warehouse operations, supply chain, distribution and/or logistics * Experience leading and managing a team using KPIs such as ontime shipping, dock to stock, order accuracy and inventory accuracy * Experience with WMS software applications * Prior experience in operational excellence, lean six sigma, continuous improvement, project management. * Lean Six Sigma Certification **Culture Snapshot:** Our team is passionate about sitting at the intersection of enterprise technology and global logistics.
