**About the Director, Warehouse Excellence Position:**

As the Director, Warehouse Excellence, you and your team of Managers will be responsible for developing and executing improvement initiatives for Stord. Youll focus on continuous improvement, culture, organizational excellence and process excellence while partnering with Warehouse Operations and dedicated locations, adding value for customers and continuing to develop organizational capability.

* Manage the performance of the Stord Partner Network and overall adherence and performance to KPIs
* Manage a team with competing priorities, delegate short term problem solving and focus on long term needs of the team
* Collect, communicate and relentlessly push for improvements internally to our Supply Chain as a product and our Stord software as a product.
* Savvy working cross-functionally internally and with our external warehouse partners to drive quick and scalable solutions
* Display strong verbal and written communication skills throughout customer and supplier interactions
* Lead efforts for scaling Stords Supply Chain offering and partner network performance that result in true customer satisfaction
* Maintain an evolving list of priorities and be relentless in aligning resources to support Stord Customers
* Collaborate across Supply Chain and Stord in order to gain support and shared understanding of the direction of the team
* Bachelors degree in Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
* 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations or project management
* 7+ years in managing Supply Chain Leaders and Warehouses
* Experience leading complex large-scale, multisite and or multiregional projects
* Excellent negotiation skills to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization
