Quality Data Analyst

Role Overview:

The Quality Data Analyst position provides the organization with digital tools to support our underlying quality process and the data to assess the health of our organization as it relates to quality. The primary objective is to oversee and improve the reporting and analytics process for quality KPI’s starting from the process to gather information all the way through to presenting the information to leadership.

On a typical day you will:

Regional analysis of Quality Metrics and COPQ Developing and publishing Metric reporting solutions Revising policies and procedures to incorporate best practices Evaluating system performance and design, as well as its effect on data quality. Collaborating with database developers to improve data collection and storage processes. Gathering data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and interpret trends. Reporting data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs. Documenting processes and maintaining data records. Adhering to best practices in data analysis and collection. Keeping abreast of developments and trends in data quality analysis.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field required

Qualifications

Three to five years of experience in data analysis In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and tests. Extensive experience with statistical packages, such as MS Excel, SAS, and SPSS Exceptional analytical skills. Advanced problem-solving skills. Previous experience with Qlik Reports and/or, Salesforce is a plus
