What you will do:
  • Analyze and challenge existing procedures in areas of responsibility, making recommendations, and working with the operational teams to integrate solutions
  • Coordinate directly with Business and IT resources to provide optimized and simplified business process flows; yielding a better employee and customer experience
  • Provide testing and quality assurance to ensure the processes delivered are functioning as expected
  • Create and share continuous improvement recommendations for better data management and quality
  • Leverage critical thinking to solve problems proactively and analyze ongoing issues to determine a root cause
  • Document and share best practices for your fellow team members to ensure they understand the best solutions and can implement them
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
  • Previous Process Engineer, Business or Functional Analyst, Order to Cash workflow experience
  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with proven ability to build meaningful relationships with business and technical partners with a servant leadership mentality
  • A desire to learn new tools and technologies and the ability to teach others
  • Effective problem-solving skills to analyze, find the root cause, and implement solutions to eliminate/reduce the risk of the problem happening again
  • Capability to translate complex technical topics into actionable business terminology
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid, in-office schedule
