412 Mount Kemble Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960 Looking for highly motivated technology professional with strong expertise in system engineering with writing requirements to develop new functionalities or enhance existing systems Participate in all phases of software development life-cycle. Conduct and participate in JAD sessions to collect the software system specifications. Participate in business requirement analysis, use case analysis, gap analysis and define business requirements. Identify opportunities for business improvement; Document requirements using MS Office and develop uses cases using MS Visio Analyze large sets of data from Oracle and SQL Server to define data requirements Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies. Facilitatesproject review meetings, capability building, and escalation processes of the project to ensure efficient, effective, and successful execution of the project plan. Provides status reporting on project activities, risks/issues, and schedule using various tools such as SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel, etc. Designs, implements, and conducts test and evaluation procedures to ensure system requirements are met. Pro-actively identify potential project risk factors, communicate these to the project team and work with stakeholders to address them. Develops, maintains, and upgrades automated test scripts using HP UFT or similar tools and architectures for application products. Also writes, implements, and reports status for system test cases for testing. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Create test plan and maintain test execution schedules using HP ALM Execute test cases for Functional, System, Regression, Performance, Load, Data Quality (using SQL queries), and Section 508 Compliance testing Perform load testing using HP Load Runner and performance testing using Apache JMeter Create SOAP UI project files using XML to query and validate web service functionality Serves as subject matter specialist providing testing know-how for the support of user requirements of complex to highly complex software/hardware applications. Directs and/or participates in all phases of risk management assessments and software/hardware development with emphasis on analysis of user requirements, test design and test tools selection. Establishes and maintains a process for testing and evaluating end results, hardware, software, and associated documentation and/or assists in the evaluation. Conducts and/or participates in formal and informal reviews and tests at pre-determined points throughout the development lifecycle.
