Minimum five years experience in higher education financial aid advising and processing. Strong working knowledge of current financial aid programs and financial services operations. Technical database skills particularly related to student services. Experience and knowledge in student account and billing methods. Experience applying accounting principles. Knowledge of student employment practices. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong team building skills. Excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population of students, parents and staff. Desired Qualifications: Master's Degree.
