Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the schedule, review task orders and analyze planning inputs
  • Provide a concise and accurate understanding of items that impact current and future scheduled events
  • Generate high-level and detailed projections
  • Forecast complex schedules
  • Track schedule deliverable progress, risks, and milestones
  • Attend meetings to capture schedule issues, risks, and status
  • Provides input on risks issues, and predecessor requirements of task order schedules
Qualifications:
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Two (2) years overall experience with scheduling events with complex configurations and a good understanding of the interdependencies and interfaces associated with these systems
  • One (1) year of experience in the de-confliction of complex events and shared equipment, understanding of items that impact current and future scheduled events, ability to generate high-level and detailed projections, and ability to forecast complex schedules
  • Proficiency using Microsoft products along with other database programs
  • One (1) year of experience utilizing the Test Resource Management System is highly desired
