  • Support and/or develop technical sections, such as staffing sections, management plans, organizational charts, and Gantt charts/timelines.
  • Lead data calls and document collection from internal and external team members.
  • Represent Econometrica to external clients and teaming partners through submission of questions, deliverables, letters, and intent notices.
  • Support proposal leads in conducting compliance reviews and alignment across proposal volumes.
  • Work with the Business Development and Communications teams to develop and maintain marketing materials (e.g., social media posts, flyers, factsheets) for promoting Econometrica to external clients and teaming partners.
  • Manage tracking log for proposal bids, teaming partners, and clients.
  • Attend meetings for internal business development and marketing strategies; provide meeting summaries and support action items, as needed.
  • Conduct business development and marketing research to help implement Econometrica's overall business development strategies.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proficiency in MS Office (with emphasis on MS Word) and Outlook, and willingness to learn advanced features to support proposal documents and business development materials.
  • Desire to learn about federal contracting and all elements of the proposal life cycle (pre-, active, and post-).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic team environment and the ability to work on multiple projects with a flexible mindset.
  • Ability to self-motivate, learn new tasks, and work independently, as well as work within a team structure.
