- Maintain HR documents and filing database, ensuring that records are complete and current
- Update, research, and resolve discrepancies within database
- Document scanning / verification and digital filing within specific naming standards
- Record and process information, and file forms
Preferred Qualification for the HR Admin / Filing Assistant role:
- Comfortable with software and an eager learning mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Microsoft Office and Excel Proficiency
