The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in wholesale e-commerce management, strategic planning, and tradeshow management, with a proven track record of success in business development. This is a full-time remote position, starting at $65,000.00 annually, dependent on experience. Health, Vision, and Dental benefits are available. The workload is approximately 70% wholesale and 30% tradeshow-related. Responsibilities: Develop and implement wholesale sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Seek and manage bulk orders and purchases. Identify and contact potential business partners, vendors, and suppliers. Establish new and maintain existing long-term business relationships. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with wholesale clients. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. Analyze market trends and competitive strategies to optimize sales. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Work with supplier-partners to arrange space, marketing collateral, hotels, equipment rental, and setup/dismantling of the tradeshow booth. Manage and execute tradeshow promotional plans to maximize company exposure and generate sales leads. Demonstrate client engagement processes to acquire new customers. Motivate the sales team and collaborate on effective sales techniques by show audience. Ensure regular knowledge and best practice sharing among internal and external teams. Interact comfortably with managers, roles, and potential customers. Actively problem-solve during and after shows to ensure the sales team is informed and customer issues are resolved promptly. Assist the team with lead retrieval, reporting, and show results. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Availability for paid travel approximately 4-6 times per year. 1-3 years of experience in tradeshows, event management, and hospitality. Excellent judgment and commitment to customer satisfaction. Proven ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple priorities with competing deadlines. Expertise in business development, including contract negotiation and vendor management.
