Collaboration + Problem-Solving + Process Improvement Quality Assurance Functions: Lead with a safety-first mindset, advocating for a ZERO Accident mentality. Maintain and communicate information regarding complaint and defect rates, both internal and external, and oversee relevant improvement activities. Facilitate routine quality reviews with key personnel at each manufacturing site and collaborate on the development of improvement plans. Collaborate with Line Development to prepare quality standards and inspection techniques for new garment offerings. Ensure contract manufacturers have relevant quality standards to perform work that matches Lakeshirts expectations. Develop or support the development of process documents, work instructions, and inspection criteria for Operators and Quality Control personnel. Collaborate with Procurement to evaluate supplier performance and issue corrective action requests as needed Oversee the work activities of 1-3 direct reports. Training & Qualification Functions: Develop and implement training & qualification programs for the operations teams, aligned with key performance indicators. Create or support the creation of training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops. Maintain system for tracking training completion and qualifications status. Monitor and support trainers to ensure effective delivery of training programs. Collect feedback from trainees and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement. Dotted line relationship to trainers, providing guidance and support to execute training program. Skills
