The Server Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and for serving food and beverages to guests in a timely, courteous and accurate manner. Has responsibilities for opening, during service and closing times. Assists in many different stations, including but not limited to, concession stands, backstage bars, yogurt stations, snack bars, main floor, food stations, coffee stations and the coke machine. Refills dispensers, wipes down counters and tables, obtains ice for machines, assists with concession set ups, replenishes food, condiments, and paper goods as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work well under pressure and have a professional appearance and demeanor. Must have excellent communication skills, a commitment to high-quality customer service and the ability to handle a high pressure environment. Must be comfortable with cleaning tables and chairs, as well as throwing out garbage, assisting guests and anticipating their needs. Must have a strong attention to detail. Knowledge of NYC Board of Health Food Handling rules a plus. TEAM certification a plus. Must be of legal age according to NYS regulations to serve alcohol. This position works nights, weekends and holidays .
