About our position
We’re looking for a Senior Software Implementation Consultant with strong skills and experience to deliver product solutions and support and lead training courses to enable clients to increase organisational performance. Working independently and in collaboration with a larger product support team, the consultant will provide iMIS implementation support and other consulting services for our software clients throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
What you’ll be doing
Configuring and implementing iMIS and related products and services, including converting data, working with RiSE, and extending the product with iMIS and other supported tools.
Serving as part of the technical solutions team or the global solutions Client Success team, depending on skill sets focusing on technical, product or organisational solutions.
Enabling continuous performance improvement by understanding organisational needs, offering appropriate process change advice, and leading organisational change.
Delivering client training as either part of implementation, public online classroom, at your desk or client specific as assigned.
Meeting team (and individual) billable production targets.
Focusing on excellent service quality, with on-time and on-budget delivery. Performing other job-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
What we want you to have
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Certified iMIS Professional or Certified iMIS Extension Developer, required at start of employment.
iMIS and HTML/CSS experience required.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent work product and customer service. Some travel may be required from time to time, as directed by the Client Success Manager or Project Manager
