Folks with a passion for creating new business models and accelerating the commercialization of novel concepts in legacy industries perform particularly well at ADL, especially those with practical experience in our core industries and/or significant start-up exposure.We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating marketing strategies that effectively communicate our brand's message and engage our target audience.ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join Uptake's dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to support the organization's objectives. Coordinate and manage marketing projects and activities, including social media management, media/PR strategy, content creation, email campaigns, and digital campaigns. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to offer actionable insights and recommendations. Maintain and update the company website and social media pages with fresh content. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, using key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with the partnerships team to develop marketing strategies and materials that support those efforts. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the marketing department. Requirements Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques Proficient in the use of social media platforms, email marketing tools, AI tools, and basic website management, or eagerness to learn Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team environment and cross-collaborate Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality work Eligibility RequirementsTo be eligible for this internship, you must qualify as at least one of the following: An individual with current New York State residency who is currently attending or who attended a degree program at a college or university within the within the last 12 months as of the date of the intern application.
