Let Vaco introduce you to one of its long standing privately-held clients in the Alpharettaarea that is hiring for a new Corporate Controller. This is a fully in office role with a collaborative culture.?The company has had major growth in the last 5 years and continues to stay active through acquisition.?You will have high exposure in the company and oversee the accounting functionwith a strong team of staff that report to you.

Job duties:

* Publish financial statements

* Ensure the accurate documentation of all financial transactions

* Oversight of the monthly financial close process

* Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

* Preparation of financial reports for external stakeholders, including banking and insurance providers

* Manage audit process and work with external auditors

Requirements:

* 7 years of proven work experience including Controllership

* Excellent knowledge of GAAP?

* Experience managing a team

* BS in Accounting
