PSI Pax, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst, Journeyman to join our team in support of our client in WOLF, St. Inigoes, MD

Duties & Responsibilities:

This position will generate spreadsheets and financial reports to analyze cost data and identify funding discrepancies. Ensure adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.

  • Financial management experience should include financial analysis of business programs.
  • Development of cost estimates, program status reports.
  • Knowledge of DoD Federal Management Regulations (FMR), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and PPBE process.
  • Daily utilize Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) business and financial system to extract, analyze and interpret business and financial reports.
  • Monitor execution, benchmarks, and carry-over funding for all systems/projects consisting of multiple funding appropriations and provide recommendations to assist with meeting expenditure requirements.
  • Obtain and consolidate data for taskers and respond to data calls.
Required Qualifications:

Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in financial analysis with Navy or other DoD programs.
  • At least two (2) years of Navy-ERP experience is required.
  • Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and must provide customer service both internally and externally.

Education Requirements:

BS/BA in Business Admin, Business Management, Project Management, Technical Management, Economics, Finance or Financial.

Education Substitution:

At least eight (8) years of work experience or AS/AAS degree plus six (6) years of experience.
