Full time Job Introduction Frequentis USA designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and distributes Frequentis technologies for FAA, NASA,and state and local governments. Frequentis USA is headquartered in Columbia, Maryland operating a local manufacturing plant serving its U.S. customers. Key Tasks Integrate software and hardware components per contract requirements including software installation and configuration, network configuration, and telecommunications hardware integration Develop and follow test procedures to verify system and perform system debug as needed Develop and conduct factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, failure location and analysis Analyze site and contract information to determine, recommend, and plan layout for type of computers and peripheral equipment, or modifications to existing equipment and systems that will provide capability for proposed project or work load, efficient operation, and effective use of allotted space Analyze program specifications and clarify technical issues. Based on analysis, generate system solution documentation based on existing product offering Key Qualifications

BS in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience with IT and telecommunications software and hardware At least 3-5 years relevant work experience Excellent problem solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills Experience managing and monitoring production software deployment Experience with a variety of operating systems including Windows Server 200x, Windows XP/7, and Linux (Certifications a plus) Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Resident Our Values
