Full time Job Introduction Frequentis USA designs, develops, manufactures, markets, and distributes Frequentis technologies for FAA, NASA,and state and local governments. Frequentis USA is headquartered in Columbia, Maryland operating a local manufacturing plant serving its U.S. customers. Key Tasks Lead engineer responsible for proprietary telecommunications systems network engineering & integration, software installation, configuration & integration, security hardening Analyze program specifications and clarify technical issues to generate system solution documentation based on existing product offering Analyze technical project risks and produce mitigation processes and metrics Prepare test methodologies to prove performance (e.g., timing, audio levels, network operation, latency, packet loss etc.) of system solutions Participates in factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, failure location and analysis Monitors system performance and implements security measures, troubleshooting and maintenance Key Qualifications

BS in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with IT and telecommunications software and hardware 5-7 years' experience integrating, deploying, and supporting integrated hardware and software solutions in the area of networking and communications Engineering experience in integrating and maintaining telecommunications/telephony and radio communications systems and related technologies (Analog, TDM, VoIP, T1) Our Values
