Records Clerk A Records Clerk supports our managers and customers while tracking paperwork to ensure all are accounted for when an aircraft leaves 1 Vision Aviation. Job Details Urgently Hiring for this position Salary: $15 an hour Job Type: Full-time Location: Salina, Kansas Qualifications US work authorization (Required). Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. All 1 Vision Aviation employees are expected to have a friendly, positive attitude, understand the sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask. Must have a strong drive for top-notch customer service, and safety, and be a team player with a Can Do attitude. Job Description Strong organizational skills are a must with the ability to multitask. Must be familiar with Google Drive to organize their work along with using tools, like Microsoft Office, printer, copier, and scanner. Scanning work packages and transferring them to a company shared drive. Assisting Leads, Managers, and Airline Representatives in searching physical records. Maintaining an orderly filing system. Assist the Records Manager in any other additional tasks. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or General Education Degree required. Experience as a records clerk, administrative assistant, office admin assistant, or data entry is a plus, not required. Proficient with computer-based, data programs. Schedule 8-hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
