POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Candidate will report to the Site Director of Finance and will have a strong working relationship with the Divisional CFO.
  • Responsible for department of 4 direct employees over a 1,000+ employee vertically integrated campus with annualized revenues of $1B
  • Candidate will have accountability over the Cost, FP&A, and Reporting function
  • Review and analyze plant inventory transactions
  • Responsible for leading month end close process
  • Analyzes financial data obtained through studies to determine effects of costs on business
  • Provide executive leadership with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controlling expenditures
  • Participate in projects and support CFO, VP/GM, and Operations Leadership.

POSTION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field is required. Advanced degree/and or certification preferred (CPA, CMA, MBA, MSA, etc..)
  • Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of Plant/Manufacturing based experience to demonstrate a solid "cost" background (BOM, absorption/inventory levels, variance analysis)
  • Experience leading month end close process
  • Targeting "Business Partner" with General Management/Operations (in context to "resource")
