Job Summary:

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer & Integrator (SE&I) Engineer, providing company-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community. This position manages moderately sized projects or processes with minimal oversight and provides measurable input to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans to implement customer integrations and/or objectives. The position works in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance practices.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
  • The Senior SE&I Engineer provides systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transition..
  • Problems and issues faced can fluctuate and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.
  • This position communicates with many levels of program, other contractor and government stakeholders and works to positively guide parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
  • A key purpose of this position is to manage system integration projects and provide reliable data to the Customer enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades.
Basic Qualifications:

Typically requires a Bachelor's in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
  • Systems installation, integration, and test experience.
  • Systems Engineering technical abilities and project management skills.
  • Work collaboratively in team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor) Skill needed RFC impact review and assessment experience.
  • Cross site and enterprise level planning and implementation practices
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • An active and in-scope TS/SCI with CI Poly U.S. security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experienced with Customer NSIS and/or rapid delivery methods
  • Customer relationships
  • Working across contract and location boundaries.
  • Systems Engineering and Integration Processes

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
