Quality Assurance Associate

First Merchants Bank is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to join our team This position will perform a final inspection of completed work in order to ensure it was completed in accordance with established procedures. Reject and return to those units where a defect has been identified. Conduct root-cause analysis of defect trends and contribute to the problem-solving process.
