You Will
As the Manager, Inside Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales goals and maximizing transaction quality and volume by managing the Inside Sales/Agent Development team and supporting our Outside Sales Team by managing our 3rd-party independent retail agents.
- Responsible for the administration and execution of Company plans, policies and procedures
- Responsible for developing and achieving specific service goals and operational objectives, targets and quotas.
- You will understand how to maximize store sales, manage agent attrition, while improving service quality.
- You will use performance management processes to lead the Agent Development Sales Team.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Telemarketing Sales and / or related fields and 3 years of people leadership experience.
- Ability to work weekends Saturday and Sunday 9-6pm at the office near Dadeland.
- Bilingual, English and Spanish is a must.
- Proven tele-sales management experience.
- Strong sales negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience.
- Multicultural experience is preferred, specifically in Mexico, and Guatemala.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
