Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to launch their multi-family reroofing services division. This individual will be responsible for hiring, training, & leading a team of sales representatives and overseeing all aspects of the sales process. The primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the multi-family property industry, including property management companies, contractors, new construction firms, and other relevant decision-makers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand our presence within the multi-family property market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners to drive business growth and maximize opportunities for collaboration.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multi-family property sector, including targeting potential clients and expanding our customer base.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to sales operations and customer interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends for senior management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, with experience managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
  • Well-connected within the multi-family property industry, with a strong network of contacts including property management companies, contractors, new construction firms, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Growth-minded individual with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales and business development.
  • Experience in developing teams and territories is preferred.
