**Job Summary:**

This position requires the individual to effectively communicate and handle day to day customer service and sales related tasks. Applicant must enjoy communicating and talking to customers on a daily basis as well as be strong in client retention and procurement of new accounts. Other responsibilities include: order entry and processing, fielding wholesale sales calls, new account and warranty questions and contributing to company growth by generating ideas for expansion to new markets.

**Your duties include:**

* Always represent Wagner Tuning in a professional, helpful and friendly manner.

* Assist customers with product inquiries through consultative selling techniques.

* Work with your teammates to cooperatively manage all incoming sales transactions.

* Maintain dealer accounts and keep them informed with sales support information.

* suggestive selling.

* Capture all necessary information to support both inbound and outbound sales efforts.

* Attend weekly meetings, learn and contribute to agenda topics and problem solving.

* Become an expert consultant and ambassador for the entire Wagner Tuning product line.

* Project a professional image and enthusiastic presence.

* Work to achieve individual and department sales budgets.

* Follow company policies and procedures.

* Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.

* Respond immediately to customer requests and take care when preparing your written communications.

* Communicate accurate information and always represent Wagner Tuning with honesty and integrity.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

**Your qualifications:**

* 2 years of demonstrated experience working in a customer service or wholesale distribution sales environment taking incoming calls over the phone preferred

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Extensive product knowledge of aftermarket performance parts

* Strong account management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

* Comprehensive knowledge of product/vehicle fitment

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task efficiently

* Ability to be self-motivated, honest, and punctual

* Possess a positive attitude with ability to be a team player who is open to change
