**Description**

JOB TITLE: **Sales Manager - State of SC/ Augusta**

DEPARTMENT: Sales

LOCATION: SC/ Augusta

TRAVEL: 25% - 50%

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Manage / Lead sales team for designated territory which aligns with Fiscal year budget

* Manage market pricing and programs to all customer segments

* Support/manage inventory programs at all assigned locations

* Support/Maintain a leadership role in all safety programs

* Work cohesively with Supply Chain, Customer Service and manufacturing on all company supported initiatives

**EDUCATION:**

* High School required

* Bachelors of Art or Bachelors of Science preferred.

**WORK EXPERIENCE:**

* 5 years sales and managerial experience

* Understanding of Building products/ Cladding products / Building cycle

* Prior management of a sales team would be a plus

**SKILLS REQUIRED:**

* Strong interpersonal written and oral skill-sets supported by expertise in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)

* Industry knowledge preferred

* Must have strategic and tactical experiences

* Ability to handle stressful situations with customers

* Ability to present in front of a group

* Strong organizational skill

* Ability to multi-task

* Problem solving skills

* People oriented

**JOB EXPERIENCE:**

* Management hours reflective of employees and team members

**JOB INFORMATION:**

* Work location in the Columbia, SC plant

* Willing to travel regularly to Greenville, Charleston, Augusta - Day trips and overnight up to 50% at times during the year
