Candidateshould be experienced in
•Teamcenter 11
•Active Workspace
•Teamcenter modules like MyTeamcenter, Structure Manager, Workflow Viewer, Manufacturing Process Planner,Change Management, Organization.
•Knowledge of CAD tools integrationlike NX, BCT, SolidWorks, SolidWorks Integration Manager
•Good Understanding of EngineeringProcesses and Workflows.
•Location of Log Files
•Analyzing the Log Files
•Knowledge about various databaselike Oracle, MS SQL

Roles& Responsibilities
•Responsible for TeamcenterInfrastructure / Server Administration
•Responsible for picking PLM Ticketsfrom the pool.
•Responsible for analyzing andcategorizing the tickets.
•Would need to resolve the ticket forEnd User within SLA defined.
•Responsible to create Knowledgedocument for resolution of ticket.
•Collaborate with vendor support teamto find solution for difficult tickets.
•Ensure improved End User experienceand achieve improved Customer Satisfaction
•Ability to prioritize multipleassignments and deadlines.
•Working independently andconfidently in analyzing customer requirements and transform them into workablesolutions.
•Experience in Data migration,Customization, Implementation and Integration, Customization, Implementation,and integration
•Developing, Deploying theEnchantments and performing code fixes for building robust and reliablesystems.
•Handling the maintenance activ itiesfor application servers to run 24*7
•Preparing the Technical andFunctional document of the tickets requirements before development.
•Handling KTs and Knowledge gapsbetween teams.
•Handling and preparing the DR(Disaster Recovery Plan) document.
