**Position Summary**

The Front Desk Concierge/Administration Assistant is responsible for greeting all employees and visitors courteously, assisting them with registration and check in, and determining visitors needs and notifying the proper contact person. Other responsibilities include administrative support for Environmental Health and Safety.

**Core Duties and Responsibilities**

* Assist employees and guests with check-in procedures

* Provide vouchers for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), assist employees in ordering, and notify employees when equipment arrives

* Order office supplies for employees

* Assist in converting EHS documents into new templates and formats

* Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

* Represent Plug Power in a professional manner at all times and in all interactions

* Perform all other duties as assigned

**Education and Experience**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* A minimum of one to three years of relevant work experience

* Computer and software systems skills as applicable to position including but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

* Dynamic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences and stakeholders at all levels

* Uncompromising dedication to quality

* Superior verbal and written communication skills

* Exceptional organization skills

* Demonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detail

* Excellent follow-through

* Must be driven and self-motivated

* Team player with a positive communication style
