Insight Global is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join a company specializing in the design and production of structural packing for large corporations like Starbucks, Heinz, Duracell and more. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, and social media. The marketing specialist must have a strong go-getter mentality, be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

This individual will be working a hybrid schedule and must be able to commute on-site, at least 3 days a week, in Fairfield, CT. This opportunity provides competitive compensation and option for benefits election.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy

  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for building brand awareness and lead generation
  • Conduct competitor analysis and track industry news to inform brand positioning, identify sales opportunities and gather client and market insights to inform outreach strategies
  • Assist with strategic client targeting and continually seek new sources of prospective client data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
  • Maintain prospective, active, and inactive client profile information and relationship status within CRM database
  • Plan events, conferences, and tradeshows, including creative content support
  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials, when necessary, in collaboration with creative media staff
  • Assist with company website management (including SEO), with copywriting & image placement in collaboration with the creative media staff
  • Industry web portal profile and banner advertising management and industry publication relationship management
  • Copywriting assistance with the publishing of leadership whitepapers, press releases regarding company work product launches & awards, awards submissions, and social media posts

Required skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communications
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Strong copywriting skills
