Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Fairfield, NJ, for an Information Technology Manager. The IT Manager will oversee the day-to-day technology operations, implement, and manage IT infrastructure and support the management team with technology solutions. The IT Department at Hotels at Home is responsible for providing technology services and support for all Hotels at Home employees globally. Our goal is to enable employee productivity through collaboration and innovation to help our employees provide our customers with a home that they love

Primary Responsibilities

  • Leads development and implementation processes for Hotels at Home’s IT systems and department.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of IT professionals. Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure. Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of systems, networks, and hardware.
  • Strategize, recommend, and optimize cost-effective corporate technology and implementation of innovative technologies that align with the company's goals. Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve customer experiences.
  • Manage the selection, implementation, and maintenance of hardware and software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures for sensitive company and customer data. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide outstanding IT support to employees, resolving technical issues and optimizing user experiences.
  • Provide strategic advise to team members on technical matters.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge in IT infrastructure and Information security solutions
  • Hands-on AWS experience is required
  • Experience in leading the planning, design and implementation of enterprise IT projects
  • Ability to manage team members, vendors, and contractors
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including explaining complex technical concepts in common terms
  • In-depth experience in PCI compliance, network security, and disaster recovery planning
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant technology certifications (e.g. MCSE, CISSP, CISM) are preferable
